Our payment provider Stripe charges a payment processing fee of 1.5% + 20p per transaction as well as a 0.4% invoice fee.*
Our platform fee is £1 per transaction. This fee is to cover text messages and emails for appointments, messages and reminders. This fee can be optionally passed on to the client per appointment.
