Absolutely! We find artists either have a strict no DM policy or want to use Instagram for what it was intended for - to be social! 

If you still want to use DMs for chit chat first, we recommend chatting through the details with the client first and then either getting them to submit an enquiry form or manually adding an appointment. This means they still get all the benefits of the platform (text reminders!).

Many artists get frustrated with the sheer volume of messages to respond to. By removing the 'business' side it helps to take control back.
