Clients can't access my enquiry form

Strict parental controls or adult content filters sometimes block access to the Get Ink website. Gain access by turning off that content block.

Unfortunately some network providers (EE, Sky) age restrict our website being related to tattoos, deeming it unsafe for under 18s.

If your client has strict parental controls turned on (sometimes called adult content filter or content lock) then they may not be able to access the website straight away.

This generally happens when browsing using mobile data and not WiFi.

How to fix it

All network providers allow you to change your content settings and are usually found on the providers app or website. Here are a few handy guides for different providers.

Once the filter or content lock has been turned off then the website will be available 🙌
