📬 Your enquiry has been received

Your enquiry has been sent directly to the artist or studio. They’ve been notified and will review your enquiry as soon as they can.

⏳ Every artist works differently

Each artist manages their own bookings and replies at their own pace. Some respond quickly, others take a bit more time - especially if their inbox is busy. Don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately.

👀 Keep an eye out for emails and texts from Get Ink

Get Ink is the platform your artist uses to manage their bookings, calendar, and messages.

We’ll send updates by email and text, so be sure to check both regularly. Sometimes emails land in spam or junk, so it’s worth checking there too.


📅 If your enquiry is accepted…

You’ll receive an appointment offer with a personal link and access code to view and respond.

From there, you can:

💳 Pay a deposit to secure your spot

💬 Chat with the artist directly

📆 Request alternative dates if needed


❌ If your enquiry is declined…

You’ll receive an email letting you know. This might be because:

The artist’s calendar is currently full

The request doesn’t match their style

They’re not taking on new bookings right now

No need to send another enquiry - just keep an eye out in case things open up later!

You’ve done your part - now it’s time to sit back and wait for a response. If your artist accepts the enquiry and has availability, you’ll be the first to know.
