Each artist manages their own bookings and replies at their own pace. Some respond quickly, others take a bit more time - especially if their inbox is busy. Don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately.

We’ll send updates by email and text, so be sure to check both regularly. Sometimes emails land in spam or junk, so it’s worth checking there too.
📅 If your enquiry is accepted…
You’ll receive an appointment offer with a personal link and access code to view and respond.
From there, you can:
• 💳 Pay a deposit to secure your spot
• 💬 Chat with the artist directly
• 📆 Request alternative dates if needed
❌ If your enquiry is declined…
You’ll receive an email letting you know. This might be because:
• The artist’s calendar is currently full
• The request doesn’t match their style
• They’re not taking on new bookings right now
No need to send another enquiry - just keep an eye out in case things open up later!

You’ve done your part - now it’s time to sit back and wait for a response. If your artist accepts the enquiry and has availability, you’ll be the first to know.
