If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry - there are a few simple steps you can try to get back in. Sometimes, login issues happen due to slow internet, network restrictions, or temporary service delays. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.


🔹 1. Check your internet connection

Before trying anything else:

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data – sometimes one network may be experiencing issues.

Ensure you have a stable connection – try loading another website or app to confirm.

Restart your router or phone – this can refresh your internet connection.


🔹 2. Try switching between the app and website

If you’re having trouble logging in, try switching platforms:

Using the app? Try logging in via dashboard.getink.app.

Using the website? Open the app and try logging in there.

This helps determine if the issue is specific to one platform. 😊


🔹 3. Try again in a few minutes

If the login request times out or fails repeatedly, there may be a temporary network issue.

Wait a few minutes and then try again.

🔁 If possible, log in from a different network or device to see if the issue persists.


🔹 4. Check for age-restricted content

Some mobile networks and internet providers block certain websites or apps due to content filtering or age restrictions. This could prevent the app from loading properly.

🌶️ Try disabling “Parental controls” or “Adult content filters” in your network settings. These are usually found in the app of your provider.

If you’re on a mobile network, try switching to Wi-Fi, or vice versa, to see if the issue is related to your provider.
