Checkout appointments
You now have the ability to finalise an appointment and mark it as complete, we call it - checkout.
Record the final price and how you took the final payment. That will all feed in to our new reporting tools to help make your tax returns even easier.
Draft messages
This highly requested feature is finally here — your typed messages will now be saved as a draft, as you type.
You can type a little, go to a different page, check your calendar and then come back. Your message will stay as it was. No more losing long typed out messages!
Follow up message
After your clients appointment (you decide when), you can send a customisable and automated follow-up message.
This is great for aftercare advice, making sure your client is happy and maybe asking for a review. One less thing for you to do!
Tags
You can now add tags to your enquiries, appointments and clients. Think of them like labels or stickers you put on things to keep organised.
Create as use as many tags as you like. Maybe a "want to do" tag that you add to enquiries that fit your style? The options are endless.
Estimated quotes
It's so hard to give a concrete price sometimes which is why we've added the ability to give your clients a price range for the final payment.
Set a lower and upper amount when quoting the appointment which means your pricing is transparent to the client before they book.
Update your settings ⚙️
Have a play around with your settings to make sure your account and profile is set up exactly how you need it. Take a look at styles, sizes and placements specifically - these have changed slightly.
Everything else should be pretty much how you left it, with a few exceptions (in a good way), but now would be a good time to check everything is as you need it.
